How PawTrak fits with what you already have
Microchipping is a legal requirement for all dogs in the UK. PawTrak works alongside your microchip, not instead of it.

What do finders see?
Finders see your pet’s name, visible photo, lost mode banner if enabled, and the vet, medical/allergy and other details you choose to display. They can use the contact form and share their location. Owner phone, email and address are hidden by default; you decide whether to show them.
How much do collars and Premium cost?
Lightweight collars cost £19.99 and Heavy-Duty collars £24.99, plus £2.99 UK postage & packing once per order. Free PawTrak profile with every collar. Optional Premium costs £3.99/month or £39.90/year (2 months free) for your first pet, and £1.99/month or £19.90/year per extra pet. Premium customers get 25% off collars; postage is not discounted.
Can I keep my contact details private?
Yes. Owner phone, email and address are hidden by default. Choose what is visible in your pet’s privacy settings. A finder can still send you a message using the contact form. You receive their details by email and can contact them directly. Two-way private messaging is coming soon to Premium.
Can I cancel Premium at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time, with no minimum term. Premium is a rolling monthly or annual subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period; no refunds for part periods unless required by law. Your profile stays live on free Basic.
What happens if my Premium payment fails?
During payment retries, your Premium access remains available. If the subscription is canceled after failed payments, your pet drops to Basic and the QR profile stays live. You can update your card in Manage billing or restart Premium.
