General Questions
Yes, just as soon as your mandatory 3-month period has passed, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
You can contact Pawtrak through our contact email or using social media instant messaging and we will answer your questions as quickly as possible.
Our unique QR plates are printed with a code that is bespoke to you. Upon scanning the QR code, it will take the code scanner straight to your pet’s profile page displaying key information you have chosen to share. From there they can message you, they can share precise location data with you, and you can respond to their messages, all whilst knowing your personal information is safe. There is even an emergency “find a vet” feature. Our custom collars come with a handy strap that fits our tags perfectly. This prevents the tag from being broken off and gives the collar a seamless look.
The next time your pet decides to escape through that open door or disappears chasing after that squirrel, the person that finds you pet can scan your Pawtrak tag with any smart phone and ensure you are reunited as quickly as possible.
Unlike other pet tags, our unique QR codes are laser etched onto a stainless-steel plate which fits perfectly on our PawTrak custom collars. As these are fitted onto the custom collars, there is no risk of getting these ripped off or caught up while out on your adventures.
Our service also protects your personal information allowing you to share only what you feel comfortable with.
Yes! Your first high quality collar is absolutely free upon signing up! Each collar comes with a choice of colour and fastener at no additional cost.
The Pawtrak system works once scanned by any smartphone. Once scanned, Pawtrak connects you and the finder through our website, allowing access to all of our features and ensuring you are reunited as quickly as possible.
You will receive an email alert containing information from the finder of your pet including precise location data. You can then log in to your Pawtrak account and message each other quickly and privately, without giving away any of your personal information.
You can add as much or as little information as you please. You can include health information, allergies, vaccination dates, contact information and photos, even a video.
Alternatively, you can choose to remain private but still utilise all the features that Pawtrak offers. We ensure that your personal information remains safe without compromising on your pet’s wellbeing.
All personal information is secured on Pawtrak’s own database. Your information is only used to fulfil orders and to support our key features. We have a strong focus on privacy and have implemented features to protect your data at every opportunity. No information is shared or sold.
For £3.99 a month you will get full access to all of Pawtrak’s features and even a free Pawtrak collar on signing up! There is a mandatory 3-month minimum term but after that, you can cancel at any time.
The base subscription includes one pet profile. Additional profiles will be charged at a reduced rate of £1.99 each month, allowing even large pet families to feel welcome in the Pawtrak community.
The live location is only available once a finder has found your pet and scanned you QR plate. Going forward we’re looking at adding on GPS live tracking.
